Abstract AR

This study aimed to identify the availability of nonverbal educational communication skills among faculty members in the preparatory year at the University of Najran from the students' point of view.

The nonverbal educational communication skills were presented in five themes as follows: Appearance, sound, physical movements and gestures, time, and place.

The study population consisted of (852) male students and (298) female students from the preparatory year students at the University of Najran.

The sample consisted of (198) male students and (69) female students from the first and second levels were chosen by the random stratified method.

A questionnaire composed of (50) item was used as a tool for the study.

The data was processed using the reliability coefficient (Cronbach's Alpha) to calculate stability, the means, the standard deviations, T- test, and the ranking.

The results showed that there were no significant statistical relationship at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) in the availability of nonverbal educational communication skills among faculty members that are attributed to sex variable (male and female) in all themes except in time theme and for the benefit of males.
