Abstract EN

In order to provide Arab countries in the area of the Internet, it should be given more freedom by making the contents free, while maintaining the foundations of the state’s identity, customs and traditions.

We must develop the human cadres capable of making sophisticated and advanced content, but we must not forget that the development of the infrastructure of the Internet, the prevention from monopoly services, and the reduce of the costs are of the biggest factors that will take the Arab world to the next stage, especially to e-learning.

The countries must increase their business confidence in e-commerce sector to develop their services and get a larger return for their investments.

Good communication skills are vital for our success in life.

With so much experience as communicators, we probably don’t need ample evidence to prove this fact.

However, in any conversation, involved parties may feel their personality is vulnerable and under attack.

By the same token, we may quite often initiate a discussion with others about anything and unexpectedly find ourselves under attack by someone.

Simply speaking, the main reason is because that someone began to feel insecure.

We commonly feel insecure whenever we fear being rejected; our self-esteem is vulnerable; our self-image is confronted; or we find ourselves threatened by the way others perceive us.

At any time we feel insecure in a discussion; we use one of the two following strategies: first, fighting through bullying, labeling, name-calling, cynicism, antagonism; and second, dodging via the use of silence treatment, avoiding others, or hiding our feelings.

As a result, effective communication retreats and the dialogue
