Abstract EN

The digital technology has altered the concepts and traditional forms of journalism industry; so design styles, montage and production of journalism have turned totally; and many stages has reduced in the production layout (traditional) since design styles and montage have reduced; and films, inks and paper have disappeared and have been replaced by another modern technologies and styles in the design and methods of electronic publishing, and it becomes an evolved process depends on evolved techniques matching with the modern digital technology by using computers and then electronic publishing, starting from typesetting processes, electronic pagination, design and montage ending with electronic publishing operations on the world wide web.

The research aims to stand on the stages of change and transformation of the process of design and production of newspapers and the electronic publishing for them on the World Wide Web (the Internet), from the traditional systems to the modern digital technologies and electronic systems in publishing.

There are three techniques for publishing of electronic newspapers on the Internet: 1.
