The following study is trying to review the controversial relationship link between the written press and political power since the adoption of multi-media regim in Algeria, sol will seek through this study to detect trends and ideology of political power towards the media institutions > whether these trends characterized by neutrality and objectivity, or tended to prejudice, to try to impose control and exploitation, the study also will review7 what the Algerian journalists lived these attempts to muzzle their mouths, by the other side also I will highlight what they have achieved from the gains and successes.
