This study aimed at recognizing the role of supervion in Palestine in supporting novice teachers, during the first year of choosing them as teachers in Palestine (the northern governorates).

The population of the study included all novice teachers who were appointed during the first semester of the academic year 2009/2010, total number was (1590).

The selected sample was random stratified.

To achieve the purpose of the study, the researchers designed a questionnaire containing (47) items distributed over six domains.

The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were examined through educational and statistical methods.

The results of the study revealed that the degree of the role of supervion in Palestine in supporting novice teachers is medium, with average of (3.30).

Also, the results revealed that there were no statistical significant differences between the means of estimates of the individuals of the sample due to gender and specialization, while the results revealed significant differences between the means of estimates of individuals in the sample due to the geographical area variable.

In the light of the results, the researchers suggested a number of recommendations.
