ars The research endeavors to read and interpret the American Political behaviour according to its cultural pillars which give the American life an advanced Humanitarian dimension .

This dimension has become an example to progress and pride by devoting the imperial form and its commitments to the form of performance or to the continuity of the manner, and by revealing the criticism which is directed to this behaviour and the defaults which is influenced its performance being a dominant unipolar in the international arena.

The research surveys the American cultural basis which foreign behaviour based on.

It has regarded the cultural basis as the fundamental principle for this behaviour despite the criticism and rejection that have faced it all over the world.

As well as, it shows the connection of the cultural basis to the American thought , history and condition (mood) by examining the factual find
