تدرس هذه الورقة البحثية الأبعاد المستقبلية لتغيرات السياسة الدولية الاقتصادية في ضوء التقلبات و الأزمات، فهي تحاول التنبؤ بمصير التكتلات الاقتصادية في ظل العولمة التي شكلت بعدا كلانيا شموليا في صورة نسق عام لم يكتمل بعد، مدار وعائي في صورة عملية تحول Process of change مركبة تحتمل مجموعة متغيرات شكلت جملة تحديات على الدول و التكتلات الاقتصادية عبر رسم مسارات واضحة لصيرورة الأحداث المقبلة في ظل ما يشهده العالم من توترات و أزمات بناء على معطيات موضوعية و معالجة فكرية ذات أسس كلانية، تتجمع هذه الاستنتاجات و الفروض في ورقة بحثية موسومة تحت عنوان : نظرة استشراقية لمستقبل التكتلات الاقتصادية في زمن العولمة من وجهة نظر كلانية.

This research paper studies the future dimensions for changing the economic inte'national policy in light of the fluctuations and the crises.
