Abstract EN

The network of relationships intense between members of groups and organizations, diverse and earned of material and financial resources that are capital economic, financial, or what was done from the resources of spirits such as cooperation and teamwork, trust, interdependence and information, rules and principles shared by all of them provide social capital and intellectual human, these manifestations of social grants networking privacy makes channels transfer those economic and financial resources and social relations between the various agents economists, and make them centers of merger types of capital for the construction of what is known as "social economy", which requires investment in it and embraced by the political organizations, legal and institutional governmental ofcountry emerging group, And what is required of the good governance towards stimulate investment and control of crisis and the fight against poverty and marginalization , unemployment and confront corruption and stifling bureaucracy and others.
