Abstract EN

This research examines two legal retribution verses in Surat Al-Baqarah which stipulated judgment hypothesis and showed wisdom emitting the legislation, and those that are included in the self-rule of retribution or less than the soul "feet and hands retribution " in Surat Al-Maidah .

The study is meant to examine the manifestations of the features of the miraculous speech and legislation in the verses It also identifies the deep impact on the soul through what is implied in the statements in these verses in the Qur’an to confirm a miraculous legislation and confirmation of the fact that the holy Qur'an a superior miracle
