Abstract EN

The study aimed at identify the impact of the use of flawed philosophy of zero for Crosby to develop and improve the performance of faculty members and the outputs of higher education in Saudi universities.

Application to the Taif University branch Raniah.

To achieve the objective of the study, the researcher choose a stratified random sample consists of 70 faculty members from the associate to the University branch of the total 80 members, were distributed a questionnaire study them and Responses came after analysis of the study showed that most of the faculty members are convinced philosophy defective zero, but they do not use them, results of the study also pointed to the lack of significant differences between respondents about the use of defective in higher education services and the other due to the difference of sex, age, degree, and experience.

In light of the results of the study, the researcher suggested a number of recommendations that will help faculty members to develop and improve their performance subjectively and reflected on the quality of the output.
