So, the aim of this paper is to determine the impact of public relations at Nile Valley University and the extent of its success in applying the principles of social responsibility.

The goals of the study can be achieved by answering the extent of the pursuit of public relations seek to comply with the laws and the university regulations and work dedication, and to what extent do public relations pay attention to group, and its commitment to safety and community cohesion.

The researcher uses analytical descriptive method to describe the phenomenon quantitatively and qualitatively.

As the study is so important, the populations of the study were selected from the teaching staff members at the university, the sample was chosen by Random regular.

The researcher uses a questionnaire to collect information to identify the facts and respondents’ opinions towards the subject.

One study indicators pursuit of public relations for the dedication in work and social participation, but in turn, unable to call for tolerance and cooperation in work, which means the absence of scientific methodology.

The Poor performance of public relations at uniting the efforts of university workers for public benefit, and this is caused by lack of interest in studying trends employees to know their surrounding circumstances.

Therefore, the study recommends raising the awareness of senior management at the university of the importance of public relations and raising the proportion of social responsibility for public relations workers and encouraging public relations workers for continuity in fidelity to act in accordance with the methodology serve the public benefit with rehabilitation and training.
