Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى توضيح دور التوجيه و الإرشاد الطلابي في الوقاية من العنف المدرسي من وجهة نظر معلمي المدارس الثانوية في محافظة تيماء بمنطقة تبوك في المملكة العربية السعودية، و كذلك بيان أسباب العنف الطلابي، و التعرف على أشكال العنف المدرسي، و توضيح دور الإدارة المدرسية و الأسرية في الحد من ظاهرة العنف المدرسي، إضافة إلى التعرف على أثر المتغيرات (المستوى التعليمي، عدد سنوات الخبرة) في دور التوجيه و الإرشاد الطلابي في الوقاية من العنف المدرسي من وجهة نظر معلمي المدارس الثانوية في محافظة تيماء في منطقة تبوك في المملكة العربية السعودية، و تم اختيار عينة لهذا الغرض تكونت من (91) مبحوثا.

و قد تم استبعاد (5) استبانات لعدم صلاحيتها للتحليل الإحصائي، ليصبح عدد المبحوثين (86).

و قد توصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج أبرزها : أن لدور المرشد الطلابي أهمية في تخفيف العنف المدرسي بل و القضاء عليه تماما، و أن لرفاق السوء دور في انحراف الأفراد و وقوعهم في المشاجرات و العنف بمختلف أنواعه، و أن العنف اللفظي هو أكثر أنواع العنف انتشارا، كما أظهرت النتائج أهمية دور الأسرة و الإدارة و التشريعات في الحد من هذه الظاهرة، و كشفت الدراسة عن افتقار التشريعات لنصوص تحد من هذه الظاهرة، و بينت النتائج عدم وجود علاقة للقضايا السياسية بالعنف المدرسي.

و بناء على نتائج الدراسة فقد تم صياغة عدد من التوصيات أهمها : ضرورة متابعة الوالدين لأبنائهم سواء أكان في المدرسة أم خارجها، و ضرورة تعاون الإدارة المدرسية و المعلمين مع المرشد الطلابي من أجل الحد من ظاهرة العنف الطلابي، إضافة إلى عقد ورشات تدريبية باستمرار للمرشدين التربويين من أجل تدريبهم على مواجهة العنف الطلابي بشتى أشكاله، و ضرورة اهتمام المرشد الطلابي بالمشكلات التي تواجه الطلبة و إيجاد الحلول المناسبة لها و التواصل المستمر بين الأسرة و المدرسة.

English Abstract

This study aimed at identifying the role of the students’ counseling and guidance in the prevention of school violence as well as demonstrating the effects of the lack of counseling and guidance on increasing the problem of school violence, in addition to clarifying the role of counseling and guidance programs in the prevention of school violence as well as identifying the impact of the variables of ( academic level, years of experience )in the role of students counseling and guidance on the prevention of school violence from the perspective of the secondary schools teachers in the governorate of Tadmaa in Tabouk in Saudi Arabia.

The study sample consisted of 91 individuals, and five of the returned questionnaires were rejected due to unreliability, so that the final number of respondents was 86.

the study results showed many results, notably: the importance of the role of the school counselor in reducing the level of school violence.

the bad peers and friends also have an important role in the delinquency of the individuals and participating in quarrels and violence with its different types; the results showed that the verbal violence is the most common among the students.

The results also showed the importance of the role of family, management and legislation in reducing this phenomenon.

The study revealed that the legislation don’t include the provisions that reduce this phenomenon.

the results also showed that there is no relationship between the political issues and school violence.

Finally, the study recommends about many recommendations, notably: taking care of the students whether they were at school or outside school, making a real cooperation between the school manager, the teachers and the student’s counselor in order to reduce this phenomenon as well as holding training courses for the educational counselors to be able to face this violence with its different types.

the student’s counselor must also give more attention to the students’ problems and finding the best solutions for that, besides the continuous communication between the school and the family.
