With current developments and changes in the poles of economic power and expansion in the varios fields of scientific research and technological development as well , which led to a change in the balance of economic power and increase the speed of acquisition of information , business mode has even become more stable ; then after prosperity, trouble and collapse could follow , and economic expansion stops and is replaced by depression , and so on and briefly the economic cycle appears , and this formed one of the basic characteristics of the economic development of industrialized countries all over the world two centuries ago.

And the risk of the economic cycle is in the crisis itself , on one hand ad the outflow of the annual balance on the other hand , and this is what had been dealt with many researchers , and among those who escorted the economic crisis at the great degree of the economic cycle, youcef peace be upon him , and that is by the adoption of west and muslims of the first who planned to the economy.
