Actually, since its emergence at the end of the nineteenth century, the scientific movement had a significant impact that had extended to many fields, including school management.

This later has been changed from the traditional management based on improvisation and personal experiences to the scientific management which aims to deal with the management problems in scientific way of thinking and strength of induction, and using tolls of analysis, measurement and objectivity.

Through this scientific direction, principles of management moved from business and industry in the private sector to the school area.

The school represents the machine in the factory, and the specific capacities of these ones are students.

They have a production process, which worth the educational process and specific amount of production represents the graduates of the schools.

However, the scientific management includes a number of assets, not without weaknesses, which have negatively affected the course during the period of application.

And our article, we would like to clarify the extent to which the school management has profited of scientific management and the most important caveat that must be taken during their application.
