Associate Professor, College of Criminal Justice, Naif Arab University for Security Sciences Islam encourages practicing sport.

Sport serves both the individual and the society.

Sport grants the body the physical strength which is considered an essential factor in preparing the person to resist the enemies.

For a strong Muslim in his religion, knowledge and body is better than the weak one.

In the recent years, some dimensions of beneficial practice have changed from the real practice to the encouragement of players, clubs and national teams.

Such a change has led to a social issue.

Fanaticism has emerged among the supporters of competitive teams.

Dangers are impacting both the individuals and communities.

As such, the prevention and its treatment is needed.

This will explain its contributory causes and consequent repercussions.

Also, it will suggest remedial course.

These steps are necessary for normalizing all things.

Therefore, the objective of the present study is to demonstrate the legal vision related to the phenomenon under study.
