Abstract EN

The information technology has imposed a development in the archive field; from the technical side and traditional practice.

That's why the archive centers become information institutions.

For this purpose, initiatives have been launched to establish a standardized projects in the information society which respond the users needs.

In Algeria, national center of archive is one among these centers, which was affected in information society by its features.

Hence, the study aims to identify the most important impacts of these indicators which support the scientific research, and its affections on the profession’s principles and the users of community from other side.

The study includes : an introduction, three chapters, and a conclusion.

Also a bibliographical list.
