Abstract EN

Purpose: This research aimed to identify the conceptual frameworks of the variables of the study Authentic leadership and strategic renewal and different dimensions.

As well as to test correlation and interlocking effect relationships between Authentic leadership and strategic renewal.

Design / Methodology: The study is based in variables analysis on the (Multilevel Theory).

According to this theory, the study model was tested according to two levels of analysis , Are at the (Individual Level) to represent the Authentic leadership variable Dimensions (self-awareness, transparent relations, moral perspective, and balanced processing).

And analysis (Organizational Level) represented by the strategic renewal of the three dimensions(context, content, and process).

The questionnaire was used as a key tool for data collection, Included (90) Faculty ,distributed on six Iraqi public universities to represent the sample at the organizational level, Whereas the sample reached on the level of the individual (266) leader (Dean, Associate Dean, heads of scientific departments) .The study used a number of statistical methods and programs to ensure that all hypotheses that have undergone multiple tests Value of the study: study found a number of conclusions, most notably The Authentic leadership influence in the strategic renewal.
