The relationship between art and religions is still problematic as well as the scientific readings and aesthetic critics concerning the identification of the relationship between the various forms of artistic expression and aesthetic practice in religions mainly including the three monotheistic religions.

So complicated this relationship becomes as it linked between religions through the constituent texts or readings done around it with different manifestations (two and three-dimensional), especially the issue of the prevention of the art of photography which have linked the three religions.

It appeared originally with Judaism in the form of prevention and prohibition, and then extended their influence into Christianity and Islam.

And we have sought in the light of the specific cognitive orientation, often combining functional, aesthetic and historical in addition to the linguistic aspect, to the concept of the image and the nature of its presence in Western and Arabic cultures.

While Western aesthetics continued to care for the image in the metaphysical dimension, granted it full independence and left the opportunity to appear in its best and most complete desired visible form.

The Islamic civilization replaced this image with the sign as any linear movement and decorative color that fills the artistic space as the image itself in the Western sense of the term.

It has plastic components special declaring now and then the mixture of three basic elements: the picture depicted as a history, documentation, passion and did; the sign first then the symbol.

In all cases, the image still poses a real dilemma in the West and Islamic Arabic cultures alike.

It is increasingly mysterious and enigmatic requiring a reconsideration of its cognitive and linguistic origins a more detailed study of its aesthetic and magical potentials especially in nowadays technological development which was followed by intensive exploitation of the picture in all spaces and cognitive fields without exception.
