Abstract EN

The present study aimed to assess the children's centers with special mobility needs in Algeria and Jordan, through the identification of competencies activate the participation of parents in the educational process in children with teacher motor special needs in Algeria, Jordan and general needed in the upbringing and education of these children.The study sample consisted of (39) teachers working in special education centers in Algeria, Jordan, and measure the effectiveness of these skills, it has been corrupted scale of development (26) paragraph represented in the field of competencies activate the participation of parents.

The extraction of semantics validity and reliability of the measurement tool and this was accepted indications for the purposes of the study, The results showed that all special education institutions concerned with effective study, where there are significant differences were statistically significant efficiencies in activating the participation of parents in the educational process between the center of El Harrach, Algiers and Casablanca own eye center residuum in favor of the latter.
