This study aimed a، detecting the degree of counselors to etti ics to guide from the standpoint of school principals in Balqa Governorate, and find out whether it varies depending on the variables: sex, qualification, years of experience, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher Developed a tool ethies psychological educational guidance, was formed tool (42), paragraph Mozaahal the ethics of the profession, it was ascertained sincerity and persist' study sample consisted of 150 principals were chosen from schools affiliated to the Directorate of Education to Balqa Governorate.

The results of the study showed that the degree of exercise counselors to ethics guidance came between medium and large.

The results of the study also showed a statistically significant difference in the degree of exercise counselors to ethics guidance, attributed to the variable Qualification for the benefit of a degree Masters Degree, ant the number of years of experience in favor of a class often years expereace and more, with no statistically significant differences in the degr ؛e of exercise due to the variable sex and stage.
