Abstract EN

This research aims to determine the effect of organizational power on organizational change.

To achieve this goal; the research designs a questionnaire in order to collect the data from managers of (43) managerial leaders (deans, assistants dean, heads of school, heads of department) in the sample of faculties of Dohuk University.

The research uses many statistical tools to analyze the data by using (SPSS) package.

Accordingly, the research has come to the group of findings, from these findings; there is a significant correlation between organizational power and organizational change, and there is a significant effect of the organizational power on organizational change in the considered faculties.

The research presents a set of proposals that are most important, enhance awareness within the considered faculties and at all levels by means of the importance of changing through seminaries that helps to do the required changes
