Total Quality Management of the Educational Process at Kuwait University from the Perspectives of Faculty MembersThis Study is a survey of the opinions of faculty members at Kuwait University on the degree of Total Quality Management (TQM) in the educational process.

The study included a stratified representative sample of faculty members throughout the University.

The study findings show that faculty members do not see Total Quality Management is being fully implemented in spite of the availability of all needed resources.

The study revealed no differences of statistical significance among opinions of faculty members in this regard due to gender, age, nationality, or years of experience.

The only difference of opinions which is of statistical significance was due to the university from which the faculty member was graduated The study ends up with conclusions and recommendations on how the University Administration can utilize TQM in order to improve the educational process in view of the research findings
