Abstract EN
This research highlights two important aspects.
Firstly, as regards the approach of business intelligence practices, analyzed separately, each of these practices is generally performed by a separate entity within the organization, not necessarily integrated into an economic intelligence system.
To be the basis of a coherent process that makes business intelligence an action manner and also a model of strategic behavior of the modern organization, the practical approach must aim the systemic conception.
Second, economic intelligence is a complex system, which can be identified at the conceptual level, depending on the perception of decision makers of the competitive environment, but also through the attitudes of organizations to this one.
Therefore, firms involve in economic intelligence in a successive and complementary manner, usually reaching a hybrid model for the development of a proactive and interactive strategic behavior, able to exploit the enormous potential of information
