Abstract EN

This study aims to identify the degree of acquiring Internet skills among faculty college, experience members at the University commensurate to various variables and academic rank.

The research population comprises the faculty members at Al-Balqa Applied University - Colleges of the Northern Region.

The research population consists of (196) faculty members.

The latter are selected randomly.

A research tool was developed to achieve the objectives of the study.

The validity and reliability of the tool were ensured.

The study found that faculty members possess intermediate Internet skills.

It also found the presence of statistically significant differences at the level (a = 0.05) in the level of degree of possessing Internet skills.

Conversely, the findings of the study show no statistically significant differences at the level (a = 0.05) in the level of degree of possessing Internet skills attributed to the variable of academic rank.

In the context of the research findings, the present study recommends to conduct programs and training courses for faculty members to develop their Internet skills.

Also, it recommends conducting other studies in the fields of Internet and e-learning.
