The Lawgiver have already laid down the foundations of legislation objectives in totality as well as in detail.

These are permanent, immutable but constantly avail itself to rediscovery and implantation.

On the other hand, the objectives of law-bound individuals has a changing character.

Out of this entwined relationship between these two sets of objectives, the aspects of renewal germinate.

This research paper deals with varying considerations of Shari'a objectives and examines the nature of the relationship between its inner components.

It, also, delves into its interactive nature and its relationship with relevant outer milieu by examining its essential nature, outward character, it’s classification and order.
