Abstract EN

This research aims to address inn©vatively the issue of savings investment, which is considered one ofthe most important pillars of development in the world.

The study also illustrates the role which Sukuk can play in this respcct, as one ofthe most important financial tools in our time in the light of Islamic jurisprudential, legitimate purposes and economic pillars.

The search began with an introduction showing the importance of the topic.

After that, the stud}' moved to research the rule of hoarding money in Sharia ء even if the Zakat is paid, and concluded that it is prohibited.

Next, the study moved to shed light on the status of savings and investment from the perspective of Islamic jurisprudence and Maqasid of Sharia.

Finally, ؛t concentrated on the importance ofthe Sukuk and the role that could be played in this regard.

The Study also provided an indication of some ofthe statistics and graphs which it may support.
