Abstract EN

This study deals with the financial and moral rights of intellectual Property Rights (IPRs) in international conventions.

The study examines the nature of the transfer of these rights to the heirs and it consists of two parts.

The first one is devoted to intellectual rights in artistic and literary works and clarifies the nature of their transfer.

However, tire second part examines the commercial and industrial property, and clarifies the nature of its transfer to heirs.
