Abstract EN

This research consists of an introduction, three sections, a conclusion, and the major findings.The introduction introduced the topic of research.

Section I: included the linguistic and idiomatic definitions of the two key terms in the research: (analogy and evidence), the jurisprudential description of pieces of evidence that are given as causes at the end.

This section also stated the views of jurists on the issue of analogy and explained the nature of evidence.The second section focused on clarifying the principle of analogy in evidence through the presentation of the four pillars of analogy (the rule on the original case, the original case, the new case, the cause), and the conditions of each pillar of analogy in relation to the topic of research.

The third section contained a discussion of the views of those who accepted analogy in evidence, and treid to state the jurisprudential basis which forms the starting point of Ijtihad of the Jurists.

The Conclusion contained the most important results of this research.
