And the other: a statement appropriate ways - from the perspective of the researcher - through which we get to a state of linguistic stability you demand that institutions and organizations in its ongoing efforts to treat vernacular crisis.

We see specialized safety classical Arabic and protection and preservation of linguistic conferences focused on finding scientific ways capable of activating its role and take precedence on the vernacular, through repeated attempts to researchers that result in many of the recommendations and directives, which are included at the end of each language conference, but we do not find a real application to those recommendations and guidance, they often go unheeded, and memorable with the end of each conference, and that the absence of binding and applicable law, and issued by the specialized agencies, or the issuance of decision-making centers.
