تضمن على المقدمة أهمية و مشكلة البحث و أهدافه و فروضه و مجالاته و من أهداف البحث التعرف على تأثير الحبة السوداء على بعض المتغيرات البيوكيميائية بين الاختبارات القبلية و البعدية و أيضا التعرف على تأثير الحبة السوداء على إنجاز 400 متر لعينة البحث بين الاختبارات القبلية و البعدية.
أما فروض البحث فقد كانت وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لتأثير الحبة السوداء في بعض المتغيرات البيوكيميائية و إنجاز ركض أما الباب الخامس : فقد تضمن على الاستنتاجات و التوصيات و من بين الاستنتاجات وجود تأثير معنوي للحبة السوداء في بعض المتغيرات الوظيفية و البدنية من خلال تحقق فروض البحث، أما من بين التوصيات فكانت ضرورة اهتمام المدربين و العاملين في مجال الرياضة بالأعشاب الطبية لما لها من أهمية واضحة في التأثير على المتغيرات الوظيفية و البدنية.

Guarantees provided and the importance of research and the problem, objectives, assumptions and areas it targets Find identify the impact of the black bean on some biochemical variables house Tests before and after the impact of the black bean on completing 400 meters the research hypotheses were having the same semantics statistical differences of the effect of black seed on some biochemical variables and in favor of a posteriori tests.
Section V Conclusions and recommendationsthe existence of a significant effect of the black pill in some functional and physical variables through check research hypotheses paying attention to coaches and players medicinal herbal because of its great importance.
