Abstract EN

Research target is to find the relation between Emotional intelligence and bsychological combustion for trak and field coahes.Research Sample include 60 coaches for Iraqi sport clubs .and for collecting data researcher used two criterias the first one is the intelligence for coaches which includes (6) axes and each one contain (10) items.

The second one is psychological combustion that includes (28) item.

research importance represented in the privacy the sample we deal with ,and the the changes where we are trying to understand the reletion between emotional intelligence and phycological combustion .measurement definition ,emotional intelligence criteria dimension and psychological in this research.

Descriptive methe have been used to its connection to research problem .the(4th)door discuss application result of the two criterias and the results that appeared for research sample shows a high level and emotional intelligence and phycological combustion standards the (5th)dor disscuss the combustions that shows emotional intelligence and psychological combustion level expands according to activity type and importance.

One and the recommendations is to apply emotional intelligence and phsychological combustion for the coaches ,each category sebarately
