Abstract EN

The research aims at: 1- Identify the level of leadership behavior of section heads and branches in the colleges of physical education at universities in Erbil.

2- Identify the differences between the dimensions of leadership behavior (labor and human relations) of section heads and branches in the colleges of physical education at universities in Erbil.

3- Identify the level of job satisfaction among faculty members in colleges of physical education at universities in Erbil.

4- Identify the relationship between the leadership behavior of section heads and branches and job satisfaction of faculty members in the colleges of physical education in universities Erbil.

Approach was used descriptive survey manner for suitability and the nature of the search, the sample included faculty members in colleges of physical education in universities following Erbil (Salahaddin , koea, Soran) totaling (84) Teachers and tested by Almkiesa leadership and job satisfaction behavior, has data processing statistically using the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, percentage, average premise , coefficient (alpha) to Kronbak to calculate stability, samples t-test for one sample , Independent - samples T-test , correlation coefficient (Pearson), the researcher concluded : 1- For the section heads and branches in Alterbayh sports colleges in universities Erbil at the level of a positive and significant differences in leadership behavior in general.

2- Significant differences emerged between the dimensions of leadership behavior (work and human relations) and in favor of human relations after.

3- Faculty members in colleges Alterbayh sports universities in Erbil at the level of a positive and significant difference in job satisfaction obtained.

4- The presence of relational moral relationship (proportional) between the dimensions of leadership behavior (labor and human relations) of section heads and branches of the total score career satisfaction of the faculty members in the colleges of physical education at universities in Erbil province, and it was after the Supreme human relations followed by after work.
