Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the reality of electronic management in achieving administrative creativity in Palestinian universities from the perspective of faculty members and administrators.

The study population consisted of all full-time academicians and administrators for the academic year 2014/2015, totaling (1273) supervisor, and the number of respondents were (285).

The researchers used the questionnaire tool for the study, Consisted of (65) items distributed on the fields of electronic administration, The validity and reliability of the instrument where determined by appropriate methods ways.

The study results showed that the estimates of academics and administrators of the reality of electronic management in achieving administrative creativity in Palestinian universities came moderately, with an arithmetic average for this class (4.91), according to Likert scale.

Results of the study also showed that presence of significant differences according to sex at Jerusalem and Hebron University in favor of males, and the existence of differences depending on the specialization variable depending on the University of Jerusalem, where the differences were in favor of the natural sciences, and the existence of differences depending on the variable current function of the University of Jerusalem, where the differences were in favor of a faculty member to administrators on the overall area of the reality of e-government in the Palestinian Authority universities.

In light of the results of the study were to recommend a set of recommendations.
