Abstract EN

Background: Because of increasing of learning difficulties most studies focused on its negative sides, so this study focused on its positive sides.

Objectives: this study aimed to determine the relationship between perceived parental love and emotional intelligence for children with social learning difficulties, investigation the consciousness parental love and the degree of emotional intelligence in children with social learning difficulties comparing with normal.

Procedures: Research included (50) child with social learning difficulties and (50) normal child all aged (9- 12) years old.

Tools were the Culture socico- economic level scale (EL Beherie, 2002), perceived parental love for children (Nahla Mohammed), emotional intelligence scale (Hendawy, 2007).

Results: the results showed that: there were positive significant correlation between perceived parental love and emotional intelligence for children with social learning difficulties, there were statistically significant differences between children with social learning difficulties and normal on emotional intelligence, and there were statistically significant differences between children with social learning difficulties and normal on perceived parental love scale.
