Abstract EN

The purpose of this work is to study the three diinensional projecti^^e space PG(3,P) ,where p=4 ,By using the algebraic equations, we found the points ,lines and planes .In this space we construct (k, { )-span which is a set ofk lines no two of which intersect.

we prove that the maximum complete (k,f)-span in PG(3,4) is (17,f)-span, which is the equal to all the points of the space that is called a spread.
