The study aimed at identifying the degree of empowerment granted to middle school managers by senior educational leadership.

The quantitative, descriptive, analytical approach was adopted, using a questionnaire 011 the whole study population (n - 30).

I laving applied the appropriate statistical tools, the findings showed tli.it there were no statistically significant differences between males and females' perceptions about the empowerment granted to them by the senior educational leadership.

The study concluded with some relevant recommendations.
