Abstract EN

The sanitary services represent an important indicatory of the human development, because it has a strong interrelationship with the economic and social development, and it is also considered as the most important sectors of the society which every country conceives to develop it and to offer the best benefits of services to the whole society.

The objective of this study is to give a clear and precise idea about the reality of the sanitary services in the town of chlef (Algeria) basing on its principal components in order to unveil the most important existing disparities for taking the initiatives and the procedures that are necessary to realize the spatial balances and to ensure a high quality of sanitary services.
