local development become in many countries' experiences , synonymous essential for development and change in the lives of individuals and groups from placing a negative to positively better , have begun to experience the localities in Algeria delves more in terms of development and local policy-making and planning , and the integration of various sectors in the course of local development.

Among these sectors , the agricultural sector , which launched the current study to determine its role in the development of local development , based on the data obtained from the Directorate of the agricultural interests of the State of Tebessa, as well as the Directorate of Planning and configuration of the state .

In this proposal was a set of recommendations that will increase attention and care more in this sector in order to remedy the shortcomings group which is still marked by this sector
