This paper attempts to research the problem of acceleration of the changes imposed by the era of globalization and knowledge economy on people management in the modern business organization, through the verification of several objectives, including: tracking the march of the historical development of personnel management, and compare functions and functions of personnel management in traditional organizations, functions and management functions human resources in organizations in the era of globalization, and stand on the foundations of the most important strategies and human resource trends in the modern business organization, with an assessment of the reality of individual departments in the institutions of the Arab Business.

Given the nature of the research paper will follow the researcher descriptive analytical approach to discuss the themes, concluding Find the most important results, which in the forefront: the organizational structures and functions of personnel management have changed and will change the future in the context of its historical development to conform to the requirements of the times where it became more flexible and dynamic, to suit the business requirements in contemporary organizations which have become depends in many of its work on new technologies
