The advanced payment is highly used nowadays in the commercial financial dealings.

We rarely see or hear of a contract without an advanced payment because the advanced payment gives some kind of relief and assurance to both parties of the contract.

This justifies the importance of the subject tackled in the research which discussed the concept of the advanced payment linguistically and the difference between the advanced payments and the penal conditions in its first section and in the second, the legal evidences of the advanced payments for both, those who support this concept and who disagree with the concept then giving the most probable opinion.

In the third one, the rules of the advanced payments in currency exchange, selling and buying the bills were d and the primary and secondary insurance were discussed.
