Abstract EN

This research studies certain applications of the principles of [fiqh] renewal and of ijtihÉd in the institutions of zakÉh, Islamic banking and awqÉf in an attempt to find out just how important the renewal of fiqh is in these sectors and the extent to which it has reached.

The final aim is to see how harmonious these applications are with the principles, rules and nature of fiqh renewal and ijtihÉd, as well as with contemporary knowledge and the art of dealing with the world as it is.
