This study aims at examining the relationship between both Job Engagement and Perceived Organizational Support and Job Performance.

In addition, the study aims to assess the impact of Job Engagement and Perceived Organizational Support on Job Performance.

In order to achieve its objectives, this study follows the descriptive analytical approach.

The study population consisted of (1104) employees working in three universities (Islamic university of Gaza, Al-Azhar University - Gaza, and Al-Aqsa University).

The study was implemented on a random sample of (338) employees working in administrative positions.

A selfadministered questionnaire was used as a main tool for data collection, which were analyzed with appropriate descriptive and parametric tests, The findings of this study showed that the degree of job engagement among employees toward their academic institutions was very high with (<;.<98%).

The results also showed that the degree of the employees’ awareness of the perceived organizational support offered by these academic institutions was average (61.99%).

In addition, the findings showed that the percentages of contextual and task performance of employees were very high with (82.33%) and (82.16%) respectively.

The findings also showed that there were statistically significant relationships between both job engagement and perceived organization support and job performance.

The results of multiple regression showed that both job engagement and perceived organizational support have significant and positive impact on job performance, In the light of these results, the study recommended Academic Institutions to offer more support to their administrative staff and to assess their perceptions toward this support periodically.

It also highlighted the importance of matching employee goals with organizational goals.

The study also recommended strengthening the human relationships between employees, enhancing their feeling of job safety, and employing suitable changes conforming to work requirements in the academic institutions
