This study aimed at exploring the views and perspectives of a panel of educational experts in Palestine towards the 21st century school in Palestine using Delphi Technique as a tool for data collection.

To achieve the study objectives , two questionnaires were used : an open-questionnaire and a closed questionnaire which administered to a sample of (32) educational experts chosen purposefully to elicit their views and perspectives on the 21st century.

Using three rounds of Delphi Technique revealed the following results .

First, there were 63 suggestions that covered five major domains relevant to the 21st century school requirements: the principal, the teacher, the learner, the curriculum, and the school building.

Second, all suggestions in all domains scored a very high degree of importance in addition to achieving a high degree of consensus among the experts to the extent that the difference in the degree of importance between the second round and the third round was less than (0.5) Which equals less than (10%).

In the light of the results, the study provided recommendations and advice for decision makers at the Ministry of Education and Higher Education concerning the application of these new perspectives on the 21st century school among the Palestinian schools.
