Abstract EN

This study aimed to design an application for mobile phones to develop awareness of ethics of using electronic resources by higher education students.

A list with five alternatives: (very important - important - I do not know - unimportant - unimportant at all) was used to determine the most important ethics of using electronic resources that the application was designed to develop them among higher education students.

Also a measure was used to measure if the application achieved its goal or not.

The study concluded to preparing a list of the most important ethics of using electronic resources among higher education students, and designing the application "Ala Kholouq" to to develop awareness of those ethics by higher education students.
