Abstract EN

This study amis at measuring the level of the electronic systems' contribution for enhancing the mangment processes at King Khalid University from a view point of administrators and academics who use the electronic systems.

A especial questionnaire was designed for this study, the suggested sample size is (150) persons and the response is (110), representing 73%.

After setting the theoretical framework and reviewing the related literature, the researchers analyzed the data, discussed the results and tested the hypotheses.

They came out with the following findings: - The use of electronic systems in King Khalid University positively affects the promotion of administration functions through promoting planning, organizing, directing and controling processes.

- There are statistical significant gender differences about the role of electronic systems in promoting the function of directing and there are statistically significant differences in the views of respondents according to the age about the role of electronic systems in enhancing the controling function.

However, all respondents carry positive views.

According to the findings reached, the researchers presented recommendations which help the authorities to improve the administrative functions.
