أثر استراتيجية العصف الذهني في تنمية مهارات القراءة الناقدة لدى طلبة الصف السادس الابتدائي في الأردن، و اتجاهاتهم نحو القراءة

Abstract EN

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of brainstorming on the development of sixth grade students’ ‘critical reading skills and their attitudes toward reading in Jordan.

For the purpose of achieving the objectives of the study, the researcher built tools in the study, namely: achievement test and attitude test .

The sample consisted of (125) males and females students of sixth grade primary schools selected from two schools and were distributed into two groups.

The experimental group was studied by using brain storming strategy and consisted of 65 students (mal – female) students (33 males and 32 females while the control group studied by traditional way and consisted of students (32 males and 28 females).

The researcher used the flowing statistically manipulation and the Means Standard deviation.

The results showed that: there were statistically significant differences in critical reading test, which can be attributed to the effect of brain storming strategy.
