Abstract EN

This research aims to confirm that focusing on the contextualization of different readings and its related argumentation in different sciences enriches the provisions of the religious legislation and backs its orientations either in interpretation, language or fiqh provisions.

Understanding the underlying meanings of the Quranic terms depends on understanding its context; either by explaining the meaning of the verse (aya), clarifying and confirming that meaning, or enlarging and disambiguating it.

The topic has been tackled in an introduction, four sections and a conclusion; wherein the concept of ‘contextualization’ has been exposed, together with its historical development and its relation to religious sciences and the Arabic language.
