Abstract EN

We aim by this paper to extract the foundations of the management thought according to the prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, and the impact of this thought in the construction of the Islamic state.

We also try to seek the laws of the administrative theory upon the criteria considered in constructing the administration of the state of Islam.

Subsequently, we will try to identify the impact of this theory in decision making when the Caliphs and their governors.

The paper aims also to explore administrative thinking of the Prophet, and exploit that in constructing a contemporary administrative theory.

This theory will show how to benefit from the life of the prophet in constructing leaders and planning for the future.
