تهدف هذه الدراسة للكشف عن واقع إدارة الوقت في المؤسسة الجزائرية .و للوصول لهذا الهدف طور الباحثان استبانة شملت 37 بندا موزعة على 4 محاور، تم توزيعها على 115 عاملا بمركب الجرارات الفلاحية الواقع بمدينة الخروب بقسنطينة الجزائر .و قد توصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج مكنت الباحثين من صياغة مجموعة فرضيات متعلقة بإدارة الوقت في المؤسسة الجزائرية.
Abstract EN
This study aimed to detect the reality of time management in the Algerian institution.
It has been applied in Composite agricultural tractors – ALKHROUB- CONSTANTINE.
To reach the objective of the study the researchers distributed 115 questionnaires, containing 37 questions.
The study ended with the formulation of hypotheses about the reality of time management in the Algerian institution
