Abstract EN

Aim of the study: to visualize a proposal for school strategic planning for general education schools in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to help the schools building their school strategic plans.

Methodology: the study uses the descriptive survey approach and the results of the study are reached through the following steps: • Study a set of models of strategic planning, analyze, and demonstrate the features of each model, and how it can be used in building the school strategic planning model.

• Build the preliminary form of the school strategic planning model that consists of main components and other subcomponents.

• Present the model to a panel of experts to be arbitrated, and then take advantage of their views and suggestions in two rounds using Delphi method.
